Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, andmaintainrelationships with residential real estate brokers,wholesalersandagents across US markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calls, email outreach,facebook,LinkedIn networking, and digital research.
  • Identifyand source properties through the brokers,wholesalersand research work.
  • Maintain regular follow-upsandmaintaina good relationshipwith brokers and prospective buyers toidentifysales opportunities.
  • Build and manage a structured short, medium, and long-term sales pipeline aligned with business targets.
  • Support client discussions, property presentations, and negotiation processes.
  • Coordinate with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and project delivery.
  • Conduct residential market research, track pricing trends, andmonitorcompetitor activity.
  • MaintainaccurateCRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Ensure smooth client servicing and post-sales coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 010years of experience in Residential Sales / Business Development / Real Estate / Luxury Sales or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing/Salesor related field is an advantage).
  • Strong communicationand negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions confidently.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
  • Basic understanding of residential real estate markets is preferred.
