Key Responsibilities
- Identify, build, andmaintainrelationships with residential real estate brokers,wholesalersandagents across US markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calls, email outreach,facebook,LinkedIn networking, and digital research.
- Identifyand source properties through the brokers,wholesalersand research work.
- Maintain regular follow-upsandmaintaina good relationshipwith brokers and prospective buyers toidentifysales opportunities.
- Build and manage a structured short, medium, and long-term sales pipeline aligned with business targets.
- Support client discussions, property presentations, and negotiation processes.
- Coordinate with design, projects, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and project delivery.
- Conduct residential market research, track pricing trends, andmonitorcompetitor activity.
- MaintainaccurateCRM records and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Ensure smooth client servicing and post-sales coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 010years of experience in Residential Sales / Business Development / Real Estate / Luxury Sales or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing/Salesor related field is an advantage).
- Strong communicationand negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships and manage client interactions confidently.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of residential real estate markets is preferred.
