Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end branch operations and ensure business targets are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment and sourcing team.
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of manpower requirements to clients.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and market expansion.
  • Maintain compliance with company processes, documentation, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch performance and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager / Assistant Manager in the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, client management, and manpower supply operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets under deadlines.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and business development abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/portals.
