This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. Additional tasks include analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
• Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry, including ODC consignment and warehousing
• Analytical and strategic planning skills for market research and business growth
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in basic office tools and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
