Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will lead efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive the company's revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include market research, developing strategic partnerships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires setting and meeting sales targets while monitoring market trends to identify growth areas.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition
  • Ability to conduct market research, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies
  • Experience in contract negotiation, client relationship management, and account growth
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare, RCM processes, or related industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
