Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, implementing business strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role requires analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with teams to formulate and execute customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills, market research capabilities, and the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the health insurance or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
