About Hubb

Hubb is Delhi's discovery platform for the city's best offline brands. Not a deals app. Not a cashback platform. We partner with premium dining, retail, wellness, and experience brands and connect them with a curated community of people who believe the best things in life still happen in person.

We're live across Delhi NCR with 80+ partner brands and growing. The businesses we work with have built something worth being proud of. Our job is to make sure Hubb is the platform that belongs beside them.

The Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors and close rooms.

You'll be the person brands meet before they become Hubb partners. That means you need to show up with credibility, pitch with clarity, and follow through with discipline. This is a high-ownership role where you'll build and manage the full partnership pipeline, from identifying the right brands to signing them and setting them up for success on the platform.

You won't be handed a script. You'll be handed a city.

What You'll Own

  • Identifying and prioritising premium offline brands across Delhi NCR that belong on Hubb
  • Leading in-person outreach, pitches, and partnership negotiations with founders and senior operators
  • Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed and onboarded partnership
  • Developing and executing strategies to consistently hit revenue and partnership targets
  • Building a structured, disciplined pipeline and managing it without being managed
  • Conducting market research to identify emerging brand opportunities and category gaps
  • Working closely with the founding team to refine pitch, pricing, and onboarding
  • Feeding ground-level market intelligence back into product and growth strategy

Who You Are

  • 1 to 3 years in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer tech
  • You have a track record of closing deals that required real relationship building, not just volume outreach
  • You know Delhi's brand landscape and can have a credible conversation with the people who built it
  • You're an exceptional communicator, comfortable in a boardroom, a café, or a cold walk-in
  • You move fast, follow through, and treat your pipeline like a product you're responsible for
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in environments where you build the process, not just follow it
  • MBA preferred but the right track record matters more than the degree
