Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving commercial real estate transactions across Delhi-NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle commercial leasing and investment discussions
• Conduct market research and property analysis
• Coordinate with landlords, investors, and corporate clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and closures
• Achieve sales and revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development or real estate consulting preferred
• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets
• Client handling and networking abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree preferred
