As the wholly-owned subsidiary of Sungrow (Stock Code: 300274),Sungrow Hydrogen Sci.&Tech. Co., Ltd. (Sungrow Hydrogen) specializes in research on renewable energy electrolyzed water hydrogen production technology. Its main products include IGBT hydrogen production power supply, alkaline water electrolyzer, PEM electrolyzer, gas-liquid separation, purification equipment, and intelligent hydrogen management system. Sungrow Hydrogen is committed to providing efficient, intelligent, safe green electricity hydrogen production systems and solutions.

Adhering to market needs and R&D innovation, Sungrow Hydrogen becomes the first company in China to build an electrolyzed water hydrogen production system test platform, a renewable energy hydrogen production and hydrogen energy storage generation empirical test platform, a PEM electrolysis hydrogen production technology joint laboratory, and a GW-level hydrogen production equipment plant. Sungrow Hydrogen's green electricity hydrogen production system applies to multiple scenarios such as energy and power, petrochemical industry, transport, and metallurgy, and it has been used in PV and wind energy hydrogen production pilot projects in various places including Jilin, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and Hubei.

Main responsibilities:

As a key member of sales organization to accomplish the revenue, margin and account receivable target set on annual basis. The candidate will need to manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnership. The candidate will work with all major utilities, owner, developer, EPC, O&M customers to drive the business. The candidate will perform in business development role for potential market segment or new market. The candidate will also need to perform the following:

  • Close deal and achieve the sales target and KPI
  • Key Account Management: Spearhead business development and relationship management with top-tier Indian conglomerates and major IPPs.
  • Strategic Positioning: Monitor and analyze India's green hydrogen policies (e.g., SIGHT scheme) to position Sungrow Hydrogen as the preferred partner for large-scale strategic projects.
  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as the critical bridge between Indian clients and our HQ in China. Translate complex technical and commercial requirements into actionable solutions and ensure seamless communication.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide on-the-ground insights into competitor dynamics (technical and pricing) and local industry trends to influence HQ's regional product strategy.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at high-level industry forums and trade shows, leveraging professional presentation skills to enhance brand recognition in the Indian green energy sector.
  • End-to-End Execution: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from technical specification alignment and contract negotiation to LC management and delivery oversight.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical); MBA or Master's degree from a reputable overseas university (UK, US, Australia, or Europe) is highly preferred.
  • Have a good understanding of the Indian renewable energy industry and possess in-depth knowledge of the business culture in this region.
  • Global mindset with the ability to bridge the cultural and operational gap between the Indian local market and the China HQ.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills; must be comfortable presenting to C-suite executives of top-tier Indian conglomerates.
  • Lead the entire project lifecycle for green hydrogen, from initial technical scouting and discussion to final delivery and payment collection.
  • Hands-on attitude is a must; willingness to travel to project sites in remote areas.
  • Good teamwork and strong team coordination ability.

  • This position will require around 50% of travel
