Designation: Business Development Manager

Location: Okhla Phase- 3, New Delhi-110020

Job Description:

To understand the business model and strategy and to chase the potential clients (govt/private/domestic/international).

To Identify and get in touch with the concerned departments and decision makers at the clients end via mails/calls/in-person meetings and to recognize the scope of the project through pitching MaXposure s (varied portfolio and planned projects) strengths and achievements using your interpersonal skills.

To participate in tenders andbids for the organisation and work across the different departmentto prepare the documents and the presentation

To prepare sample pitch/presentation according to the brief provided by the clientalong with the content, design, social team, etc as and when requirede.g. Dummy project, designing few relevant stories, comparison designing of current project and our ideas or prospects, commercials, marketing targets, P&L, etc.

To design a business plan, including the cost and prospecting the development scope of the project under the guidance of the costing team.

To negotiate with the client for the finalization and execution of the project.

To coordinate the administrative tasks for the Business Development department and coordinationwith various departments for smooth functioningof a project

Client Servicing and Management:To manage the current projects of the company and to see its overall smooth functioning, scope of upselling to the client, etc

Mandatory Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years work experience.
  2. Highly dynamic, self-motivated & strategic thinker who can drive the new projects/ business development for Maxposure and manage its current clients
  3. Capability of creating business plans/commercial models for the client
  4. To prepare, maintain and update the database, on the basis of the research and communication done with clients.
  5. To maintain smooth relationships with all prospective clients and perform continuous follow ups.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English).
  7. Good Presentation skills.
  8. We need candidates who are interested in building a long-term career.
  9. Capability of working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  10. To report and to involve the HOD at all the levels of communication on a daily basis.

Preferred:

  1. Masters in Business Administration from a reputed Institute
  2. Worked in Digital Marketing/Publishing
  3. Ability to work under pressure
  4. 4+ year experience
