Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in 2 locations - Delhi & NCR and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the landscape architecture, builders, and developers market.The role involves generating and nurturing business leads, building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include managing sales strategies, developing marketing initiatives, participating in client meetings, preparing proposals, and analyzing market trends for business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong understanding of the landscape architecture, builders, and developers sectors.
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Sales and Negotiation skills to close deals and maintain partnerships
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Previous experience in the playground, fitness equipment, or Building Materials industry is an advantage.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Must have own conveyanceto travel to client sites and meetings.
  • The job involves traveling in different cities to meet new clients.
