Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying
new business opportunities, by generating new sales leads and plan various New
Business Development activities and maintaining client relationships, and drive revenue
growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a
proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities Area:
- Revenue Growth: Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets; increase the company's market share.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business
- opportunities, potential clients and market trends.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and client
- acquisition; develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and newly on-boarded clients/ existing clients by addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
business growth.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery/ Hiring, Operations/ Program Management and other support teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Reporting/MIS: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and
business development activities,
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to
- promote the company and generate leads.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and legislative changes affecting the staffing industry.
- Team Player: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes
teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the staffing industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including experience
- with temporary staffing, permanent placement, and other staffing solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and
- motivate a sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
- rapport and trust with clients and team members.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
preferred.
