What we are looking for:

Role: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth for Ken42 across India and global markets. This role requires experience in enterprise SaaS sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships, and contributing to Ken42's growth in the higher education and institutional sectors.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India(with travel as required)

Experience Required: 6-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Drive B2B sales across universities, educational institutions, government departments, and enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent revenue growth.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Position Ken42's platform through a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, presales, and delivery teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 6–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, EdTech, technology, or digital transformation sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Experience selling to higher education institutions, government organizations, or large enterprises is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and propose value-driven solutions.
  • Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
