Job Description

Title - Business Development Manager - Enterprise SaaS Sales

What You'll Do

  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
  • Generate outbound opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking and relationship building.
  • Revenue generation for our AI-powered personalization platform for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations with founders and senior business leaders.
  • Build relationships with Marketing, E-commerce, Growth and Digital leaders across enterprise and high-growth D2C brands.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Capture customer feedback and market insights to help shape future product development.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales, B2B Technology Sales or Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling software or technology solutions to consumer brands, D2C companies or retail businesses.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with founders, CXOs and senior decision makers.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial and excited to build a business from the ground up.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling MarTech, CommerceTech, RetailTech, AdTech or AI solutions.
  • Understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing fashion marketing.
  • Existing relationships with fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
