Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with 5–10 years of experience in the US Staffing industry to drive business growth by acquiring new direct clients across IT, Healthcare, and Non-IT staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire direct clients for US Staffing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, VMS, and direct clients.
  • Develop business in IT, Healthcare, and Non-IT staffing domains.
  • Identify client hiring needs and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver quality candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
  • Drive revenue growth by bringing in new accounts and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure timely submissions and successful placements.
  • Stay updated on US staffing market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • 5–10 years of Business Development experience in the US Staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring direct clients and generating new business.
  • Strong network within IT, Healthcare, and Non-IT staffing.
  • Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, and VMS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven with a strong focus on revenue generation and business growth.
