Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive to drive growth across our Marketing and AI Automation divisions.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on networking, understands business pain points, and can position Itsuki's digital and AI solutions as the key to client success.

This is a high-impact role that involves client acquisition, lead generation, event representation, and business development ideation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and convert leads across industries for both marketing and AI automation services.
  • Pitch integrated solutions - from digital campaigns and branding to AI process automation for businesses.
  • Represent Itsuki Media at industry events, conferences, and networking meets to establish strong market presence.
  • Engage with HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) groups, corporate leaders, and startups to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Contribute to business development strategy, market research, and partnership ideation.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM records and report weekly sales progress to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Proven Sales and Negotiation skills with experience in closing B2B deals.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or AI-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead pipelines, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing, tech, or advertising agencies is a plus.

Compensation

20,00025,000 (Base Salary)

+ Commissions & Incentives (10%15% on Conversions)
