Job Description:

Position Overview:Social Pill is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our digital marketing services.

Lead management & Generation:Generate leads through various channels such as Linkedin, contacts, cold calling, email outreach, social media

Sales Targets:Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the agency's growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in business development or sales is a must.
• BD experience in an Advertising Agency is preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus.
