Job Responsibilities BFSI Business Development Manager
Drive business development and revenue growth within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) segment
Identify, develop, and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and financial institutions
Generate new business opportunities through direct client engagement, referrals, and channel partners
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, requirement discovery, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure
Position and sell IT infrastructure and technology solutions such as datacentre, cloud, servers, storage, networking, security, and digital solutions to BFSI customers
Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design customized solutions aligned with customer requirements
Maintain and grow existing BFSI accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term relationship management
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools
Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory, security, and governance requirements during sales engagements
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payment collection and contract compliance
Stay updated on BFSI market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
