Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the CPaaS (Cloud Communications Platform as a Service) space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Identify and engage potential clients across industries to promote CPaaS solutions such as SMS, voice, and API-based communication services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, IT, and Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Handle client objections effectively and provide tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or CPaaS.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling cloud telephony, SMS, or API-based communication solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise or SME sales cycles.
  • Understanding of SaaS or subscription-based business models.
