This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve growth objectives. Daily tasks include managing sales pipelines, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-driven approach.

• Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and business expansion
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical skills and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
• Capability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
• Prior experience in business development or related roles is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
