Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will oversee market research, identify potential clients, develop strategic business relationships, and lead negotiations. The Manager will also be responsible for formulating business strategies, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of business plans.

  • Market Research skills, Data Analysis skills, and Business Acumen.
  • Sales Skills, Client Relationship Management, Lead Generation, and Negotiation.
  • Strategic Planning, Business Strategy Development, and Project Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in the Herbal Industry, Essentail Oil and Nutraceuticals industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or B.SC in Science.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the Herbal industry, Ayurveda and Essential oils.
