Role Description
Armanaa is looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales, build partnerships, and represent the brand in the interiors & architecture ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage end-to-end sales for modular kitchens & interiors
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers & channel partners
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements & pitch suitable solutions
- Follow up on warm leads, site visits & convert inquiries into sales
- Plan and execute marketing activities & local promotions
- Maintain CRM/database and create weekly sales reports
- Stay updated with market trends & competitor activities
- Represent Armanaa professionally during client interactions and events
Requiremnets
- Graduate/PG/MBA preferred
- Strong sales & negotiation skills (mandatory)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Experience in interior design, modular kitchen, furniture, or architecture industry is required
- Ability to manage BD operations independently
- Self-motivated, target-driven & good at follow-ups
- Basic understanding of marketing & lead nurturing
