Shift: India/Europe Shift
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional with strong experience in Staffing & Recruiting business development.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales within Staffing & Recruiting industry
• Proven experience in acquiring new clients across Pan India, UK, and Europe markets
• Strong headhunter and hunter mindset with ability to generate business through organic outreach and relationship building
• Experience in customer acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation
• Ability to collaborate closely with recruitment teams for delivery and closures
• Responsible for driving ROI and business growth within staffing operations
• Excellent communication and client management skills
