Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site in Kochi. In this role, you will identify and develop business opportunities, build strong relationships with hospital and diagnostic lab partners, and create strategies to drive market growth. You will manage client accounts, negotiate deals, and ensure successful implementation of the organization's genomic solutions. Responsibilities include market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and expand HaystackAnalytics footprint.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation
  • Strong Communication and Relationship-Building skills
  • Market Research and Strategic Planning capabilities
  • Understanding of Genomics, PCR and Healthcare Technology preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, or related field
  • Ability to work on-site and travel as required
  • Prior experience in healthcare business or diagnostics sales is an advantage
