Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Offenso Hackers Academy, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and supervising high-performing business development activities, strengthening institutional partnerships, and enhancing marketing and sales performance across educational institutions and colleges. The role focuses on increasing student enrollments, expanding institutional reach, and driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic sales, marketing, and relationship management initiatives aligned with the academy's vision.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute effective business development strategies to drive student enrollments, institutional tie-ups, college partnerships, and overall revenue growth of the academy.
  • Identify, onboard, and supervise educational institutions, colleges, universities, and training partners to expand market penetration and strengthen institutional presence.
  • Lead and supervise the business development, institutional sales, and outreach teams, ensuring productivity, target achievement, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Design and implement college-focused marketing and sales enhancement strategies, including campus engagement models, referral programs, joint promotions, and institutional campaigns.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and revenue streams aligned with the objectives of Offenso Hackers Academy.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong professional relationships with college management, placement officers, academic heads, training coordinators, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, institutional pitching, counseling coordination, follow-ups, negotiations, conversions, and post-enrollment relationship management.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and academic teams to design and implement college outreach initiatives, promotional campaigns, workshops, seminars, bootcamps, faculty development programs, and awareness programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate institutional marketing and sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve conversion ratios and engagement levels.
  • Conduct regular market research to understand education sector trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, institutional requirements, and learner demands, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Prepare and present detailed business proposals, MoUs, partnership agreements, sales presentations, and periodic performance reports for review by senior management.
  • Ensure achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets and KPIs, both individually and for supervised teams.
  • Represent Offenso Hackers Academy at educational events, career fairs, campus drives, exhibitions, networking forums, and corporate meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Monitor institutional partner satisfaction levels and ensure timely resolution of business-related concerns, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, institutional partnerships, revenue performance, pipelines, and team activities, and submit regular updates to management.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to long-term institutional expansion and growth plans through data-driven recommendations and market insights
