Position: Business Development Manager
Looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify growth opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive new business. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, client engagement, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:-
-Identify and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions in coordination with internal teams.
-Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
-Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company objectives.
-Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM or internal systems.
-Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure smooth handover post-closure.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for expansion.
-Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in business development or client acquisition.
-Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
-Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in design, construction, real estate, or luxury sectors is an added advantage.
