Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurgaon, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and fostering client relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to strategic planning for business growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and growth targets.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
• Experience in corporate interiors, workplace strategy, or related industries is a strong advantage
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
