Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing growth strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves negotiating contracts, preparing and delivering presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience with Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Competitor Analysis
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience with meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the manpower services or HR industry is an advantage
