Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. Daily tasks include market research, generating leads, preparing proposals, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Business development, lead generation, and client relationship management skills
• Experience in market research, proposal preparation, and negotiations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in facility management or manpower services is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is beneficial
