Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to develop strategies that align with business objectives. Responsibilities will include market research, business planning, lead generation, negotiations, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals while contributing to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
  • Negotiation, Networking, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strategic Planning and Analytical Thinking capabilities
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
  • Experience in the education or skill development sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

  • Worked on targets
