Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai and Indore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the water treatment industry, developing strategies to expand the company's client base, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Responsibilities include market research, proposal preparation, client presentations, negotiation, and contract finalization. The role requires frequent collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, with experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation
• Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and identifying new growth opportunities
• Technical understanding of water treatment solutions and processes within the water treatment industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance within the water treatment sector
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field is highly preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role within the water treatment industry is a mandatory requirement
