About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth
across UK Healthcare Recruitment and Accounting/Financial Services divisions. The ideal candidate
should have strong experience in international B2B sales, particularly in the UK market, with the ability to
generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in:
- UK Healthcare Staffing (hospitals, care homes)
- UK Accounting & Financial Services firms
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- UK-based healthcare clients
- Accounting firms and business partners
- Manage the complete client lifecycle from acquisition to retention
Strategy & Market Research
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in UK sectors
- Identify industry trends and business opportunities
- Develop strategic plans for growth
Proposals & Presentations
- Prepare and deliver:
- Sales pitches
- Business proposals
- Client presentations
- Participate in client meetings (virtual & in-person)
Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with:
- Recruitment teams (for staffing delivery)
- Accounting/service delivery teams
- Compliance teams (UK regulations & standards)
- Ensure seamless client servicing and satisfaction
Requirements
- 2–5 years in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Experience in: UK Healthcare OR UK Accounting / Financial Services (preferred)
- Preferred ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
