About the Rol
eWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead enterprise sales for our AR/VR and immersive technology solutions across India. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients, building strategic relationships, and closing high-value B2B deals
.You will work closely with leadership, solution consultants, and delivery teams to identify business opportunities, understand client challenges, and position innovative AR/VR solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes

sEnterprise Sales & Business Developmen
- tDrive end-to-end enterprise sales of AR/VR, XR, AI, and immersive technology solutions across key industries
- .Identify, engage, and build relationships with CXOs, Innovation Heads, HR/L&D leaders, Operations, Manufacturing, Safety, and Digital Transformation stakeholders
- .Develop account plans and execute industry-specific go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- .Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing enterprise accounts
.Consultative Solution Sellin
- gUnderstand customer business challenges and recommend tailored immersive technology solutions
- .Conduct discovery meetings, solution presentations, demonstrations, and ROI-driven business discussions
- .Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to create customized proposals and commercial offerings
- .Lead negotiations and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the sales cycle
.Pipeline Management & Revenue Growt
- hBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships
- .Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead qualification and opportunity development to proposal, negotiation, contract closure, and account handover
- .Maintain CRM hygiene, sales forecasts, and regular pipeline reviews
- .Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
.Market Developmen
- tMonitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
- .Identify new market opportunities and contribute to product positioning and go-to-market initiatives
- .Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and customer engagements
.Required Qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred
- .Minimum 3–6 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales
