Job Description

Position: Franchise Sales Manager

Location: Prahladnagar - Ahmedabad

Industry: Recruitment & Staffing

Salary - up - 60-70 k

The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of the recruitment agency through franchise development. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, presenting the franchise model, closing franchise deals, and ensuring seamless onboarding. The position requires strong sales capability, franchise understanding, and the ability to represent the brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Acquisition & Sales

  • Identify and generate leads for franchise expansion through online platforms, referrals, and events.
  • Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
  • Explain the franchise business model, investment structure, ROI, operational model, and support framework.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to agreement signing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

2. Market Research & Territory Mapping

  • Analyze geographic markets to identify suitable locations for franchise growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of recruitment franchise models.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of potential markets and prospects.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise prospects.
  • Address queries related to business model, profitability, processes, compliance, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure smooth franchise onboarding.

4. Franchise Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate franchise documentation, agreement signing, and payment processes.
  • Ensure franchisees receive proper orientation, tools, and training during onboarding.
  • Handover new franchise partners to the operations/support team.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of franchise leads and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly franchise sales reports.
  • Track performance KPIs: leads generated, meetings done, closures achieved, revenue generated.
