Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and identifying new business opportunities. This role also involves fostering client relationships, meeting revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.

• Strong sales and business development skills with experience in client relationship management and lead generation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in market research, customer insights analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
• Team management and leadership skills with the ability to drive and mentor sales teams
• Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis, and reporting tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced, target-oriented environment
