Job Description

  • Developing a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promoting the companys products/services addressing clients objectives
  • Preparing sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal guidelines
  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, and invoices
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Developing entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Establishing connections with CA, CS, Tax Practice, Other DSA, Retail Connectors, Brokers, Insurance Agents, and other professionals

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (eg, Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
