Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting organizational objectives. Responsibilities include developing strategies to drive business growth, managing client acquisition, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of educational services and distance learning programs
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet business targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Previous experience in the education industry is an advantage
