Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. They will also be responsible for market analysis, implementing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service offerings and ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, regular reporting, and contributing to the business's overall development plan.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Organizational and Time Management skills, with attention to meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and adapt to market changes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a client-facing position is preferred
  • Male or Female with preference to Indore locals.
