At Stylz, we're transforming e-commerce with AI-powered personalization and commerce solutions. We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to help us expand our partnerships with e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle, and D2C brands.
What You'll Do
Own the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Generate outbound opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking and relationship building.
Revenue generation for our AI-powered personalization platform for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations with founders and senior business leaders.
Build relationships with Marketing, E-commerce, Growth and Digital leaders across enterprise and high-growth D2C brands.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth.
Capture customer feedback and market insights to help shape future product development.
What We're Looking For
5-10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales, B2B Technology Sales or Business Development.
Demonstrated success in outbound sales and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience selling software or technology solutions to consumer brands, D2C companies or retail businesses.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
Comfortable engaging with founders, CXOs and senior decision makers.
Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial and excited to build a business from the ground up.
