Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Kochi, with some flexibility for work from home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies for market expansion. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships
  • Strong analytical skills, market research capabilities, and strategic planning
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a hybrid environment
  • Previous experience in fintech or the chit fund industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
