Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategies for business growth, and representing the company in meetings or trade shows to enhance brand recognition. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
• Proven experience in Sales, Negotiation, Client Relationship Management, and meeting revenue targets.
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills to engage and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and technology to track customer interactions and sales data effectively.
• Knowledge of the design or fiberglass products industry is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
