Role Overview
We're looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Business Development professional to grow our client portfolio and build long-term brand partnerships. This role is open for both Business Development Executives and Managers, depending on experience and capability.
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching agency services, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities for creative services and digital marketing
Pitch CR8's services to brands, startups, and corporate clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client marketing goals and recommend suitable digital solutions
Coordinate with strategy, creative, and performance teams to close deals
Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost estimates
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry movements
Lead and mentor junior BD team members and drive revenue targets
Requirements
Experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (advertising agency experience is a plus)
Working knowledge of digital marketing
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand creative services and marketing solutions
Confident in client meetings, pitches, and follow-ups
Goal-oriented, proactive, and relationship-driven mindset
Experience:
5+ years (agency or marketing background preferred)
