Position Overview

Monk Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Digital Marketing sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international B2B sales and a solid understanding of the complete digital marketing ecosystem. This role requires strategic thinking, strong client acquisition skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive international business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B opportunities
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other digital channels
  • Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
  • Pitch digital marketing and technology solutions including SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM, Performance Marketing, Web Development, and Mobile App Development to global clients via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms
  • Understand client business goals and propose customized digital solutions
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM tools
  • Analyze international market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives, if required

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the Digital Marketing industry
  • Must have prior experience working with international clients and handling global B2B accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, SMO, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of closing deals with overseas clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC, etc. if applicable)
