TJob Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Noida Phase-2

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 57 Years (B2B Pharma, Ayurveda, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals)

Job Summary (Points):

  • Drive domestic business growth for essential oils, carrier oils, and herbal extracts.
  • Lead end-to-end business development: lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and closures.
  • Build strong client relationships and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities (Points):

Business Development & Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective BD strategies for domestic markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Lead Generation & Sales Pipeline

  • Generate leads through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Qualify leads, manage inquiries, prepare proposals, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain updated sales pipeline and activities through CRM tools.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Handling

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and understand product requirements.
  • Provide product recommendations using strong knowledge of essential oils, carrier oils, and extracts.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and R&D teams for smooth order execution.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and revenue forecasts.
  • Support in mentoring junior executives when required.

Qualifications & Skills (Points):

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Marketing, Business; Master's preferred.
  • 57 years of B2B business development experience (Pharma/Ayurveda/Cosmetics/Nutraceuticals).
  • Strong knowledge of essential oils, carrier oils, and herbal extracts (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and client relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and B2B platforms.
  • Experience in domestic B2B sales is essential; team-handling experience is a plus.
