Job Description

Burgeonix helps US startups and enterprises hire world-class engineering, data, product, cloud, and security talent. We operate across Contingency, Direct Client, and VMS/MSP models. We're scaling fast and hiring a Senior BDM who can open doors, negotiate MSAs, and turn meetings into revenue quickly.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end acquisition: prospect discovery proposal close.
  • Build new relationships with Founders/CTOs/Heads of Engg/TA Leaders, MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Tier-1 vendors.
  • Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, supplier onboarding; navigate Fieldglass/Beeline and client portals.
  • Partner with delivery leads to drive submittals interviews starts with speed and quality.
  • Run disciplined outbound using our stack; keep CRM hygiene and accurate forecasts.
  • Build and mentor a small pod of BDEs as pipeline scales.

Tools you'll use

Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Reachout.ai, Smartlead, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, JobDiva/Ceipal, Dice, Indeed, Fieldglass, Beeline, Google Workspace.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5+ years in US IT staffing sales / client acquisition with a proven record of signed clients (VMS/MSP).
  • Comfort with W2 / C2C / C2H models, fee/rate negotiations, and US hiring cycles.
  • Hands-on outbound: email, LinkedIn, and cold calling with data-driven follow-ups.
  • Clear, confident communication; strong objection handling; numbers-first mindset.
  • Ability to own a quota and lead junior BDEs once consistent results are shown.

Performance expectations (first 60 days)

  • 1015 qualified discovery meetings/month.
  • 5+ new signed clients (Direct or VMS/MSP).
  • Submittal interview ratio 3:1 in partnership with delivery.
  • Forecast accuracy 90% and clean CRM.
