Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager, based in Ahmedabad, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic plans to contribute to revenue growth. Responsibilities include researching market trends, attending networking events, creating proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve business objectives collaboratively with marketing and operations teams.

Additional Information -

• 6 days working (Saturday's are half day)
• Out of these 3 days are WFO and 3 days are WFH
• Location - Near Dehgam circle, Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and trends
• Proven negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, and understanding industry best practices
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
