Position: Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Development Associates and sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and conversions.
- Provide career advice and counsel learning prospects, helping them understand how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career.
- Establish and communicate the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Take responsibility for the entire sales closing lifecycle for your assigned team: phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads and provide ongoing feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
- Carry weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
- Analyze and share feedback on customer behavior, market demands, and competition with the marketing team.
- Handle escalations and work to improve the customer experience.
- Make propositions, suggest improvements, and designate sales targets and job responsibilities for each team member.
- Provide prompt responses to crucial issues and suggest appropriate solutions.
What are we looking for
- Proven experience in managing a sales team for 1+ years.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong interpersonal abilities, and effective presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English, with a native proficiency in Marathi.
- Highly dedicated, hardworking individuals with extreme determination.
- Experience in the EdTech domain is a plus.
- A strong sense of empathy and great patience when dealing with others.
- A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to effectively communicate NxtWave offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
- Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Languages Known:
- Native speaker of Marathi.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
Work Location & Working Days:
- Work from office (Hyderabad).
- 6-day work week.
