Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development for the company's IT Managed Services portfolio including FSO, IT Procurement (Hardware/Software/AMC/DaaS), Infrastructure Services, Cloud Solutions, EUC, Cyber Security, and IT Consulting & Staffing.
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and industry outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and position customized IT infrastructure and managed service solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for solution design, RFP responses, and seamless project handover post-closure.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new revenue opportunities within the Bengaluru market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably IT services / Managed Services / Cloud / Cyber Security).
- Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Managed Services domain.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in enterprise sales and handling corporate clients.
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in selling IT procurement, cloud migration, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services.
- Strong network in Bengaluru corporate/IT ecosystem.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
