Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Bengaluru Krishna Tech Park ( https://share.google/Te6NGDSKLVnSv30ks )

Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development for the company's IT Managed Services portfolio including FSO, IT Procurement (Hardware/Software/AMC/DaaS), Infrastructure Services, Cloud Solutions, EUC, Cyber Security, and IT Consulting & Staffing.
  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and industry outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and position customized IT infrastructure and managed service solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for solution design, RFP responses, and seamless project handover post-closure.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new revenue opportunities within the Bengaluru market.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably IT services / Managed Services / Cloud / Cyber Security).
  • Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Managed Services domain.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in enterprise sales and handling corporate clients.
  • Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in selling IT procurement, cloud migration, cybersecurity, or infrastructure services.
  • Strong network in Bengaluru corporate/IT ecosystem.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
