Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and acquire new IT and manufacturing staffing clients (product companies, service companies, startups, and MNCs).
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and references.
Understand client requirements and propose IT staffing solutions (Contract, C2H, Permanent staffing).
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, SLAs, and closures with clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
Track and report sales pipeline, closures, and revenue on a weekly/monthly basis.
Achieve assigned business targets and KPIs.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and client hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a BDM / BDE / Client Acquisition Manager in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies, hiring models, and recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in handling end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Strong network with IT HRs, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
