Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Bharat Managed Services IT and managed service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services and managed solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized service solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, pre-sales) to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 27 years of experience in business development or sales (IT services preferred).
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services, infrastructure, or technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with domestic or international clients is a plus.
