We're building global partnerships and expanding our presence across markets especially in theU.S. and are looking for dynamic Business Development Managers who can connect creativity with commerce, bringing new opportunities to the studio's diverse portfolio.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and sales - identifying global business opportunities, engaging clients, and collaborating with creative teams to shape exciting projects.

This role combines strategic thinking, communication, and creative understanding to help grow AVGC's presence in the global market..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (especially the U.S.)
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and build targeted outreach lists.
  • Lead outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and convert them into active partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to design custom proposals and pitch decks.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and progress through the CRM system.
  • Track KPIs and report to management.
  • Represent AVGC Studios in client meetings, online demos, and events.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • MBA (mandatory), preferably with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Strategy.
  • 13 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, proposal writing, and client engagement tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks independently.
  • Exposure or interest in the animation, media, or creative industries will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaigntools preferred.
